Spotlight Knight Of The Month

A Special Message From Our Grand Knight -
Jay Tippett, III
Welcome! In the 20 years since the founding of our Parish, the Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of Hope Council, continues to be a vibrant and intricate part of both Parish and Community life.

We are an organization of Catholic gentlemen united in purpose, and dedicated in service to the Church in which we worship and the community in which we live. Our Council has grown to over 360 Brothers and is extremely active in every aspect of parish and community activities. Brother Knights are active as Ushers, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Choir members, CCD Catechists, and CYO leaders and coaches.

Among the many Parish and Community activities which we sponsor are our monthly Parish Pancake Breakfasts, Parish Blood Drives, Parish Picnic, March for Life, KOVAR for persons with intellectual disabilities, support Virginia Special Olympics, Parish Food Drives in support of Catholic Charities and so many more!

Just a few of our fraternal and parish events include our annual, Christmas Market and St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, as well as Knights Day at Nationals Park.

If you want to ADD to the energy that is our Council, and learn more about the Knights of Columbus, please contact us today.

Our Council Meeting is held on the 1st Tuesday of the month in the St. Thomas More meeting room in the Parish Center at 7:30 PM. The recitation of the Rosary precedes the Business meeting at 7:00 PM.
